It plans the technician's day with route optimization (re-solved when emergencies hit), turns on trade-specific compliance paperwork automatically (EPA 608 logs, backflow and TPR records, pesticide and pool chemistry logs), fills equipment records from a photo of the data plate, and builds invoices from parts, readings and on-site time.
